Kendrick Lamar is scoring touchdowns left and right.

First, after nabbing the headline slot at the Super Bowl Halftime Show 2025 and this week after shocking the music world with the surprise release of his new album ‘GNX.’

The former roused many but also seemed to rattle others, including Lil Wayne who publicly bemoaned being passed over for the gig – which is taking place in his hometown of New Orleans. Indeed, as reported, the MC claimed the slot was “ripped” from him.

With K.Dot addressing the drama on ‘GNX,’ Weezy is also speaking up and out.

Lamar clapped back at the chatter around his Halftime win on the ‘GNX’ track ‘wacced out murals.’

He rapped

“Won the Super Bowl and Nas the only one congratulate me / All these n***** agitated / I’m just glad it’s on their faces / Quite frankly, plenty artist but they outdated / Old-a** flows trying to convince me that you they favorite.”

Taking to X, Wayne reacted with:

“Man wtf I do?! I just be chillin & dey still kome 4 my head. Let’s not take kindness for weakness. Let this giant sleep. I beg u all. No one really wants destruction,not even me but I shall destroy if disturbed. On me. Love”
