According to NBC News, an unnamed individual is accusing both Diddy (Sean Combs) and Jay of assaulting her in the year 2000.
The Jane Doe claims she was 13 years old at the time of the alleged assault. She alleges the incident followed an award show and saw her r*ped as Diddy watched.
Originally filed in October against Diddy, it was re-filed to include Jay-Z.
As of writing, there has been no word from the mogul’s legal team.
But one can imagine that a response is imminent.
