Just weeks after making headlines for threatening to “slap fire” out of Lil Nas X for calling her a “bussy soap-selling chicken sacrificer,” Azealia Banks is seeking financial remedy from another music star for threatening to take similar action against her.
The latest in a saga that started last week, Banks has taken legal action (a cease and desist letter) against The 1975 singer Matty Healy in the wake of his threats of violence against her during a tussle on Twitter (now known as X).

After Azealia responded with the inference that she could hire someone to do bodily harm to him, Matty replied in-kind.

As his shocking remarks made global headlines, he took to Reddit to apologize – even claiming he felt “dreadful about how I acted violent – I think Azealia and all obvious flawed people all deep down have a heart and I hate that I have contributed to her mental fragility.”

Collins III for Azealia before asserting Healy’s deletion of tweets was “admission of guilt.”
“Immediately cease & desist from making any further threats or defamatory statements against my client [and also perform] a prompt public apology to my client (in a manner to be mutually agreed upon),” Collins said before relaying, “[We also demand] compensation for damages in the amount of $1,000,000 in full settlement of this matter.”

At the time of this report a legal rep has not responded on Matty’s behalf.

😂 Banks you such a two faced bch, do you know how many people could sue you for the same thing? That’s what you do 90% of your life.
The bch throwing stones from a glass house for almost 15 years.
So true!
She shouldn’t even have a platform anymore, failed musician with nothing left to stand on except making headlines for her s***** behaviour exactly what Healy said just rap bro
So provoke then sue? She’s used to gay boys and successful females leaving her on read. Straighties in a post-Trump America are a different breed, chicken slayer.
