Drake has pulled the plug on the initial legal action he was mounting against Universal Music Group and Spotfy over Kendrick Lamar diss ‘Not Like Us.’
However, the MC has shocked many by pressing ahead with a defamation suit against the label giant.

Drizzy’s new suit claims UMG (who he is signed to by way of Republic Records) “approved, published and launched a campaign to create a viral hit out of a rap track” that was “intended to convey the specific, unmistakable and false factual allegation that Drake is a criminal pedophile, and to suggest that the public should resort to vigilante justice in response.”
The filing continued:
“This lawsuit is not about the artist who created ‘Not Like Us,’ It is, instead, entirely about UMG, the music company that decided to publish, promote, exploit, and monetize allegations that it understood were not only false, but dangerous.”
No word from Universal just yet.
Cant Kendrick do a counter Sue for Drake’s Diss track?
He is not a party to Drake’s lawsuit, so technically, he’d most likely have to file separately. But why on Earth would he do so?

DraKendra PLEASE drop this before these folks publish your tea. Everybody let it go because Drake lost but it’s definitely factual that he likes 16 and 17 year olds and folks have proof. Furthermore HE started this!. There was a VERY tiny chance for him to make some kind of comeback as an R&B singer and he just killed whatever hope there was for that. Girl sell your catalog and disappear ASAP!!!
