Kim Kardashian has had it with critics of her daughter North West.
While it’s almost been a year since the 11-year-old was first unceremoniously slammed for her performance as “Simba” in the live anniversary tribute to ‘The Lion King‘ at the Hollywood Bowl, the concert special’s arrival to streaming services on February 7 reawakened jeers from viewers in droves.
The ongoing chatter sent Kardashian into mama bear mode and she’s not holding back in her response to the naysayers.

In a recent episode of ‘The Kardashians,’ Kim invited viewers to go behind the scenes of North’s performance – an experience she not only documented but forecasted would get some blowback from skeptics.
“I already know what’s coming…that she’s not Whitney Houston. Duh! Or, that she got the job because of her parents. North is the moment; they want to see North West on a Tik Tok or on anything because she’s a personality – a performer,” Kim relayed.
The reality star had harsh words for anyone attempting to pelt the child with claims of nepotism.
“Anyone that wants to hate on a child that is having the time of their lives…f-ck you,” she said in the Hulu clip.
And those who weren’t exactly pleased with the 11-year-old’s ‘Lion King’ stage debut may be even more disappointed to learn she’s cooking up her inaugural album – a project set to be helmed by her 24-time GRAMMY-winning dad Kanye West.
In late January, the controversial rapper and fashion mogul took to Instagram to confirm he is hard-at-work creating music for his eldest daughter.
“This little girl made me love music again,” the 47-year-old wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post. “She asked me to make beats for her; I got back on the ASR Chopped up beats for her album…“
His confirmation follows North’s own report of working on her first full-length LP.
“I’ve been working on an album and it’s called ‘Elementary School Dropout,” she shared at a listening party for Kanye’s ‘Vultures 2‘ opus last year.
At writing, it’s not been confirmed when North’s studio effort will hit digital shelves.
