Despite ongoing legal woes stemming from his arrest for involvement in an alleged murder-for-hire plot, rapper Lil Durk isn’t letting behind behind bars stop him from dropping hot bars.
Evidence of that came earlier this week when the 32-year-old revealed his long-awaited ninth studio album – ‘Deep Thoughts‘ – will hit digital shelves on March 28.
The latest taste of new music set to line its tracklist was delivered Friday (March 21) via the Jhene Aiko-assisted ‘Can’t Hide It.’
“I don’t usually be apologizin’ / For some reason you got me smilin’ / This is how I was raised so tell your parents I’m not violent / This is how I was raised I’m from the trenches, I can’t hide it,” he raps over Benny Blanco and Steven Shaeffer production.
