Keri Hilson is strutting towards the April 18 release of her long-awaited comeback album, ‘We Need To Talk.’
And she’s whetting appetites along the way.
Full story below…
Moments ago, the singer-songwriter teased not one, not two, but five tracks from the LP – her first in almost 15 years.

The teasers come on the heels of a headline-grabbing week for Hilson, whose appearance on The Breakfast Club led to an exchange of words online with Ester Dean. All over the ill-fated ‘Turnin’ Me On Remix’ – which featured lyrics dissing Beyonce.
As reported, Hilson revealed that she felt “forced” to release the track back in 2011 and confirmed that another female writer penned the infamous lyric – a lyric she says she never wanted to sing.
Seemingly unprompted, Dean stepped forward and put her hand up as said writer. Her initial account of what went down drew critique from Hilson, which in turn saw her pen a lengthy open letter, diving deeper while unpacking robust regret.
With these new previews, Ms. Keri Baby looks to be reaffixing the focus on the music, which must add sounds solid. Especially track #2.

Not bad for someone gone 15 years.
Can’t wait to purchase!
I love this new era and comeback. Her music are more genuine and it comes from the soul and heart. Will definitely buy the album and stream it many times.
Grew up w her, saw her on the Lil Wayne tour, but currently at the state of r&b music and how hard to push it, she should have gone indie/pop just to switch it up and package it as a “comeback”. I don’t see this era of Keri blasting off – even hair & makeup here is too boring for a “comeback”. The story and voice just ain’t enough for 2025. Hope I’m wrong 🤞🏾
You are lol. None of that remotely matters in today’s climate. At all. Music is just to keep in touch and reconnect with her fans. She has no issue booking a tour which is where the money is. She does not need a number one or even to chart anymore. She is already rich. That’s the state of current r&b.
“yup!”
bring on the album!
Of these tracks, didn’t hear anything that JUMPS out. Happy for her fans that they have new music. We shall see what happens with the release…
