Halle Bailey has claimed that her ex-boyfriend, DDG, physically abused her in a bombshell court filing.
And, on the merit of evidence submitted, a judge has granted the star a domestic violence restraining order.

According to TMZ, ‘The Little Mermaid’ actress claims the rapper physically attacked her in January.
Per the filing, Bailey says the drama began when she tried to broach the topic of a visitation schedule for their son, Halo.
While securing their son in his car seat, Bailey alleges that DDG became irate and hissed, “Get out of my car, B*TCH.”
With their child crying, the drama escalated, and they began physically tussling.
In her court submission, Bailey says DDG pulled her hair, slammed her face on his steering wheel, and chipped her tooth.
She provided photo evidence of her bruises and said chipped tooth.
Bailey says she was shaken, tearful, and in pain, but insisted on taking the car ride because of worries about DDG’s alleged temperament while with their son. Upon arrival at the residence, she says she told his family what went down.
She detailed another bizarre instance from March, in which she says DDG entered her home sans permission, ventured to her bedroom, and texted her a picture of her own empty bed with “now I know what u been on lol.”
Bailey claims she received it as an accusation of having sexual intercourse with others.
The pair broke up back in October 2024.
Beyond additional claims that he smashed her Ring camera, yanked her phone and yelled “go get it b*tch!,” Bailey centralized DDG’s seeming obsession with her dating life as a problem.
She says, just this weekend, he accused her of vacationing with Brent Faiyaz while she was vacationing with her sister, Chloe Bailey.
Replying to his text, she wrote:
“Not with any man out here. I wouldn’t do that, I have Halo… please let me enjoy my mother’s day in peace. I hope you are okay and feel better soon.”
As a result, a judge granted Bailey a domestic violence restraining order. This mandates that DDG stays 100 yards away. She has also been permitted to take Halo to Italy, where she will be filming a movie for two months.

Halle must really be super nice nasty and overly moody and emotionally agitating towards DDG to make him break character like that.
