In tragic news, it’s been confirmed Ronald Fenty – father of Pop diva and beauty mogul Rihanna – has passed away.
After Barbados radio station Starcom Network broke the news of Ronald’s death, ‘People’ magazine confirmed it on Saturday (May 31).
At writing the cause of death has not been revealed, but sources say father Fenty was surrounded by family and loved ones at the time of his passing which came after a bout with a “brief illness.”
TMZ obtained photos of Rih’s brother, Rajad Fenty, at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on May 28 and it’s believed the Pop diva (who is pregnant with her third child) was with him at the time.
As of the time of this report, the singer nor a rep from her camp has issued a statement on the matter.
