The YouTube rapper filed an emergency motion this week, claiming the ‘Little Mermaid’ star is mentally unfit to care for their son, Halo, and even requested sole custody. But the judge said absolutely not.
Now, Bailey is speaking out, slamming her ex for weaponizing her mental health. She told Billboard that his declaration:
“…has exaggerated, lied and misconstrued for the court, not only the history of our relationship, but our parenting and my mental health.”
She also described the move as:
“This is cold retribution to embarrass, humiliate and caused me additional emotional distress.”
Bailey also highlighted DDG’s recent brawling at Dream Con with his brother DuB, calling the incident “a red flag” and citing concerns for Halo’s safety.
One thing’s clear: this custody battle is surely a fight Bailey isn’t backing down from.
