The Bad Boy mogul will be sentenced on October 3, three months after being found guilty of transporting women for prostitution.
While he dodged the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges, he’s still staring down a hefty sentence.
Diddy faces up to 20 years in prison, though his legal team is pushing for a lighter term of about two years. Meanwhile, prosecutors want him to serve closer to four to five years.
Judge Arun Subramanian signed off on the October date after both sides agreed to hold off on an earlier September proposal.
It looks like the final chapter in this case is just around the corner.
