In a recent Art of Dialogue interview, the Roc-A-Fella co-founder introduced his new artist Nicky Licky, describing her as the white lesbian version of Aaliyah. Yes, you read that right, he said:
“To me she’s like, if Aaliyah was white, she’d be a lesbian. That’s her.”
Apparently, Nicky’s edgy fashion and vibe reminded Dash of his late girlfriend Aaliyah, but judging by Nicky’s stunned face, it was the first she’d heard of it, too. Dash signed her to his group, The Black Guns, featured on their new album ‘365,’ and they’re reportedly hitting the road this September.
Meanwhile, the music mogul also addressed last year’s viral dental debacle, where his titanium teeth literally jumped ship mid-rant about 50 Cent. He claims he dropped “hundreds of thousands of dollars” on implants that still broke.
Now he’s warning haters to laugh while they can – he’s getting his grill back and his get-back ready.
