Defence attorney Marc Agnifilo has said that the Hip-Hop mogul should be allowed to serve any potential sentence at home, citing his lack of prior convictions and the ability to impose strict monitoring conditions.
As reported, Diddy was convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
Prosecutors, however, are expected to argue for significant prison time given the severity of the crimes.
Agnifilo has expressed that home confinement could include electronic monitoring, restricted visitors, and no travel privileges, ensuring security while allowing the 55-year-old to continue supporting his family.
As of now, Diddy is set to be sentenced in October.
