Ozzy Osbourne, the iconic Black Sabbath frontman and solo rock trailblazer, died on July 22 at the age of 76.

According to his death certificate, obtained by The New York Times, Osbourne suffered a heart attack. Coronary artery disease and long-standing Parkinson’s disease were also contributing factors.
The Rock legend’s final weeks were marked by both love and legacy.
Just days before his passing, he reunited with his original Black Sabbath bandmates for a final benefit concert in Birmingham, his hometown. A sweet video also circulated of the rocker enjoying breakfast with his family, still full of wit and warmth as his daughter Kelly Osbourne teased him on camera.
Osbourne leaves behind his wife, Sharon Osbourne, his children, and decades of music, mayhem, and Metal.
