Sean Kington has been sentenced to a multi-year prison term, after being found guilty of wire fraud with his mother.

Moments ago, a judge sentenced the ‘Beautiful Girls’ singer to 42 months behind bars, which shakes out to be 3.5 months in federal prison.
As reported, Kingston’s mother Janice Turner was sentenced to five years for her role in the elaborate scheme.
The duo were accused (and ultimately found guilty) of conning businesses out of more than $1 million in a fraud scheme involving jewelry, luxury cars, and other expensive items
Kingston, 35, faced six years in prison, however his legal team cited his clean record to argue for a sentence nearer 2 years; a sentence they hoped would see home confinement suffice.
The Florida judge aligned on the somewhat lesser sentence, yet mandated that it be served in a federal prison.
