The Muscle Beach Fitness Competition is an annual competition for amateurs from around the world, who compete in categories like bodybuilding, physique, bikini, and wellness.
The ‘Get Low’ hitmaker decided to throw his hat in the ring and compete, and won third place in his category.

During the competition, the ‘Lovers And Friends’ rapper shared his fitness journey, and hoping to inspire people along the way. He said:
“It’s been a lot physically, just in the gym, dedication, eating, focus. I’m winning just by being here and changing my lifestyle, mentally and physically. One of the things I hope is that I can be an inspiration to so many people who say, ‘Oh, I don’t have time. I can’t do it.’ If I can do it, then you can do it too.”
Even the producer’s personal trainer, Jay Galvin, took part in celebrating his win in an Instagram story post. He expressed:
“My bro @liljon came straight off a plane to his first show ever @musclebeachvenice and took 3rd place!!!!”
This past year, the Crunk pioneer has been documenting his health and fitness journey on social media by showing his workout videos and hosting meditation sessions for his followers.
