Insiders tell Page Six that the ‘Hello’ hitmaker has quietly been floated as a potential headliner.
Beyond her colossal catalog of classics, she recently brought her emotional brand to Munich in a custom-built stadium residency and last year wrapped her ‘Weekends With Adele’ Las Vegas residency after more than 100 performances.
But she’s not the only one on the NFL’s radar; sources also say the NFL is eyeing Taylor Swift, a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan, and Miley Cyrus, who has never yet tackled this kind of mammoth gig.
That said, Swift may already have an in; NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell recently said that Swift:
“Would be welcome at any time.”
To perform, though, he stopped short of confirming talks. Cyrus, meanwhile, has the Pop credentials, but this would mark her grandest live spectacle to date.
For now, the stage is open, and fans will be watching closely to see who gets tapped next.
