Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), Minaj unexpectedly ended her month-long social media hiatus with a bang by delivering a cryptic announcement.
“3.27.26,” she tweeted to her 27.9 million followers on the platform alongside the emoji of a disc.
The post racked up over 1 million views within its first hour of being live.
While the announcement did not outrightly state if the date is tied to a new single, new LP, or a compilation/specialty project, what is confirmed is new Nicki music is on the horizon and will serve as the follow-up to 2023’s chart-topping ‘Pink Friday 2.’
A woman of her word, Minaj ended 2024 with the revelation that a tour and album were cooking for launch in late 2025 or early the following year.
