Cardi B isn’t exactly waving her white flag to call a truce, but – for now at least – she reveals she’s done bickering with fellow Rap hitmaker Nicki Minaj online.
Just moments after Minaj took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to call Cardi’s kids “bald monkeys” (as we reported here), the latter issued a lengthy statement addressing their three-day-long back-and-forth spat on social media.
Promising the address would be her last to Nicki virtually, the ‘Bodak Yellow’ beauty implored the Harajuku Barbie to seek professional help for what she believes is unresolved trauma from her childhood.
“The little girl in you hasn’t forgiven your mother yet and that’s because your mom used to stay silent when your dad used to touch on you every time he did that crack pipe,” Cardi relayed. “I know you experienced a lot of trauma and abuse, but drugs is not gonna help you. You need to go to therapy NOW.”
Elsewhere in the tweet, Cardi vowed to end the online bickering from fear of jeopardizing her career and potential endorsement deals.
