In newly filed court docs obtained by TMZ, the government is urging Judge Arun Subramanian to hit Bad Boy mogul with “at least 135 months” (over 11 years) in prison, plus a hefty $500k fine.
The disgraced hitmaker was found guilty of transporting male prostitutes across state lines for so-called “freak-offs,” a shocking centerpiece in his explosive trial. Prosecutors branded his actions “serious,” stressing his sentence should:
“reflect the substantial psychological, emotional and physical damage he has inflicted.”
While acquitted on racketeering and sex trafficking counts that carried life sentences, the Hip-Hop titan still faces the reality of double-digit years behind bars. He will learn his fate when sentencing goes down this Friday (October 3) in NYC.
