Halle Bailey and DDG are waving the white flag in their bitter dispute over the custody of their son, Halo.
And it looks like they are dropping other contentious corners of their legal action, too.
Full story below…
According to TMZ, the former lovers have legally confirmed that they have ironed out a custody agreement.
The freshly inked pact will see DDG have access to 1-year-old Halo on Wednesdays and select weekends. A holiday schedule has also been set.
They have also agreed to drop their respective restraining orders against each other, following earlier claims of domestic violence. According to the deal, the exes agree not to publicly disparage one another.
Per the particulars of the filing, it doesn’t mean that they can’t re-file. But the latest moves indicate that the climate is altogether more positive between the two.
In other Halle news, she continues to earn rave reviews following the release of her debut solo album, ‘Love… or Something Like It.’
