RAYE may be no stranger to seeing her name printed once or twice on the Billboard Hot 100, but this week brought with it a first for the British songbird thanks to her latest single ‘Where Is My Husband?‘
Released September 19, ‘Husband’ walked down the Billboard Hot 100 aisle for the first time this week. Here are the numbers that powered its #90 placement.
- Streaming ≈ 4.9 million U.S.-based streams
- Sales ≈ 600 digital downloads
- Radio Airplay ≈ 300,000 audience impressions
Produced by Mike Sabath, the horn-heavy cut entered this week’s Hot 100 as the third highest-debuting song among female hitmakers (bested only by Tate McRae‘s ‘Tit for Tat’ and Doja Cat‘s ‘Gorgeous‘).
Uniquely, it comes as RAYE’s first charting hit to lack accompaniment as her two previous Hot 100 entries – ‘Escapism‘ (with 070 Shake) and ‘Born Again‘ (with LISA and Doja Cat) – both boasted features.
Released September 19, ‘Husband’ is billed as the lead single to RAYE’s second studio album (the follow-up to 2023’s ‘My 21st Century Blues‘).

I guess it’s good she’s in the top 100. Raye’s incredibly talented. Her vocal ability is really impressive. Perfect fit for a bond film. Raye’s live performances sound even better than the studio versions. Great example of staying motivated, building a fanbase and sticking to a lane.
Has any one else heard Chloe’s new collab? It’s actually good
