In a chat with GQ, she admitted that after her ‘Grand National’ tour with Kendrick Lamar wrapped:
“I came back and I just went right into some bullsh*t. I don’t know why I’m back in the studio making a whole other album, just doing a whole bunch of sh*t. Spending time outside of my house for days at a time. I feel so frazzled.”
The candid revelation signals a new creative chapter, as SZA navigates post-tour fatigue while diving headfirst into fresh music.
While no release date was given, the fact that she has already been in the studio and is feeling the pressure suggests fans should start their countdown.
SZA’s last album, ‘SOS,’ arrived in 2022 and featured smash hits such as ‘Kill Bill’ and ‘Snooze.’
