Britney Spears has made it clear she is done playing by anyone else’s rules.
The Pop icon sent shockwaves through her fanbase after revealing she has no plans to ever perform in the United States again.

Having returned to Instagram, the superstar singer flat-out stated:
“I will never perform in the U.S. again.”
The 44-year-old cited “extremely sensitive reasons” for her decision, leaving fans stunned and full of questions.
While the door appears firmly closed stateside, the Louisiana native hinted that her performing days may not be over entirely.
Continuing within the post, she touted potential overseas shows in the UK and Australia could be on the horizon, with an emotional twist. For, she teased, hitting the road with her son, whom she deemed “a huge star.”
She never specified which of her sons she meant, but she has gone on record to praise the musical prowess of 19-year-old Jayden James.
Spears has been vocal about her parenting issues in the wake of being freed from the conservatorship that governed her personal and professional issues for over a decade. Issues that were thrust into the public sphere anew with the release of ex-Kevin Federline‘s memoir.
For now, though, things seem to be on the up on that front.
