The comedian was recently called out after jokingly implying that Nicki had a sexual relationship with President Trump.
The comments quickly sparked backlash online, with many calling the joke disrespectful and out of bounds even for a comedian.
In a newly released video shared on his social media, Epps addressed the controversy and took responsibility for his remarks, blaming the rant on alcohol and a lack of filter while performing.
“Sometimes I get on that stage, and I have a little drink, and I go wild.
I’m non-filtered. Just wanted to apologize.”
