Nearly 6 years after Chloe x Halle‘s sophomore album, 2020’s ‘Ungodly Hour,’ clocked in to the Billboard 200’s top 20 as their highest-peaking effort on the tally to date, the sister act is gearing up to repeat (or possibly surpass) the feat with its highly anticipated follow-up.

Halle Bailey may be hot on the promo trail for her April 10-due movie ‘You, Me, & Tuscany,’ but the actress-singer is still wasting no time building buzz for her next musical projects – namely a reunion effort with older sister Chloe Bailey.

“We have ventured so much into our womanhood now. We have so much more to talk about – life experiences, growth, and I can’t wait for people to hear the things that we are making and continue to make individually and together. My sister is a powerhouse and I’m always so proud of everything she does,” Halle told ‘ET’ while walking the red carpet of the NAACP Image Awards recently.

The sentiment was echoed by Chloe.

“We have so much more to talk about, so much to get into. It’s crazy,” she said to ‘ET.’ “I’ve been working on somethings, and then after that we’re getting into [our third album].”

For the elder Bailey, it’s likely she’s referring to her anxiously awaited third studio album – the yet-titled successor to 2024’s ‘Trouble in Paradise.‘  On the other hand, Halle is still raking in critical acclaim for her debut solo album, 2025’s ‘Love…Or Something Like It?’

At writing, the Baileys have not confirmed a tentative release date for the ‘Chloe x Halle’ reunion album.
