Earlier this month, Mariah Carey made headlines for all the wrong reasons when she set sail on the Asian leg of her new tour, ‘The Elusive Chanteuse Show’. Indeed, everything from the band, the audience, and Mimi’s elaborate gowns turned up…the only problem is that her voice didn’t.
It seems, though, that the diva is making steady progress on the trek.
For, her latest show in Tiajin, China has seen her famed vocals sound more akin to those that her fans, Lambs, and all in-between have come to know and love over the years.

Granted Mimi is still having her pre-record punch-in on that climax of ‘We Belong Together’, these were generally impressive showings. Timely, as it’ll no doubt provide a sense of relief to promoters hoping to take the the tour to other international regions. We hear there are plans for a UK and US run – two markets with notoriously critical press. Lucky for Mariah, her “issues” seem to be subsiding.

It doesnt make sense to complain about Mariah’s vocals because she has never been a live performer. She’s good for a TV performance here and there, but a whole concert? Sorry but she is no live touring act. She has zero stage presence, and her shows are like watching a deer stare into the headlights.

What I don´t understand is Sam making all the dramatic posts about her voice just cause it was in a bad state earlier this month (as if it had never happened before) and now faking he is surprised by the improvement??? LOL He knows damn well that Mariah can still work with her voice and that her impressive and unique yet fragile voice changes constantly. He´s just a hater. Of course he will nerver make posts about their faves having vocal problems (and they have them, remember a performance at this years Brit awards by a female he likes) or lipping almost entire shows, just like the older artists do.
