‘Scandal’ never looked so good!
The hit ABC drama, which is fronted by the award-winning actress Kerry Washington, has blazed back onto the small screen for a fourth outing.
We’ve been hooked, and by the looks of this season 4 /episode 21 teaser, Olivia Pope and co continue to serve up one corker of a season.

Rowan is a great character with great monologues but for the most part Shonda never writes his storylines properly. Rowan should have been the person to save Olivia from that catastrophe of a kidnapping, and in exchange her loyalty to him would feel more believable. Then in turn, if Olivia had to kill her father it would feel even more tragic.
