Two weeks after thrilling fans with the official video for her latest single, ‘Save My Soul,’ pop powerhouse JoJo bares hers in an emotional acoustic performance of the tune.
Lifted to her official Youtube channel, the singer – still hot on the comeback trail – opened the performance with a recount about its conception and meaning:
“‘Save My Soul’ is a song about addiction, and I grew up seeing addiction very close to me: Both my parents have struggled with it. So as a kid, you don’t kinda know when the bottom is going to fall through or what’s gonna happen next…”
The official video premiered on what would’ve been her father’s 61st birthday. As fans know, he succumbed to substance addiction.
That was incredibly perfect! Love this woman!!
Love this! But That Grape Juice needs to fact check. This came out before the release of the video and is considered old news. Just say you’re having a slow news day, don’t try to make old news, new again.
Lmao this whole session was released in October. She performed all the songs from the Tringle EP
Eh, boring and straining vocals. I thought White girls were winning.
LMAO! Mark don’t do this ??
Great singer, boring music.
I’m actually disappointed with this sleep fest fest vibe she has been dishing to us. She needs to come harder than this like that previous EP that she gave that had the song “Glory” on it.
I love Jojo but I’m so not interested in anything she has released since Andre. Try again Jojo.
Great! She’s amazing.

JoJo is talented and I like her music she released so far. You have to understand that she’s doing her and experimenting her sound. I know she was a teenager when she first came out but as a grown adult she should cover songs like this that has meaning to it. Not everything has to be up-tempo or what’s out on the radio but JoJo is doing music that’s laid-back and relaxing. I think her new album will consist a variety of records. I hope people really support her and get her new album. I’m looking forward to it.
Nice music
