I don’t see the same complaints and concerns when anyone under 18 is pursuing actual careers in the industry, whether it be child actors or those who started their singing careers as kids. Perhaps you weren’t cute or talented enough for your parents to capture the moment, but most people have recordings of their kids singing and they also entertain their kids dreams of potentially pursuing it professionally. I remember when my daughter did this when she got her firsst microphone for Christmas. I can relate and it was cute. I remember she started off with “wha, wha, wha” ( slang term for what) before she started off rapping. It’s good that they experience what they like. This made my day, so innocent.
