Because the ever-outspoken star just uttered an incomprehensible statement about celebrated Civil Rights activist Harriet Tubman while on a campaign rally in South Carolina.

There’s really nothing she can do! You can’t get committed for being crazy or exhibiting odd behavior! That actually against the patients bill of rights and against the law! 51/50 holds are only used on people who are a danger to themselves or a danger to others! If you are holding someone at knife point or threading them with bodily harm then they can arrest you and put you on a 51/50 hold. Or if you write a public s****** note and try to take a hand full of pills and someone stops you and calls the cops they can put you on a 51/50.
