‘Real Housewives of Potomac’ star Gizelle Bryant has revealed that she is enjoying her “hot girl summer” because she is once again a single woman.
Yes, she has split from her ex-husband Pastor Jamal Bryant.

The couple was married between 2002–2009 before going their separate ways amid cheating revelations.
Indeed, Gizelle billed the minister a “cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater.”
Yet, in a dramatic turn of events, the pair rekindled their flame, and season five focussed in earnest on their attempts to reunite their family – despite resistance from their three daughters.
More drama was around the corner, as viewers saw on the show’s reunion – where further cheating rumors were leveled against Jamal. This time by Monique Samuels.
During a visit to The Breakfast Club today, Gizelle confirmed their latest breakup. She said:
“We were working on us getting back together … but he lives in Atlanta [and] I live in Maryland … with the pandemic…we just realized it’s not the right time. It’s just not going to work.”
She went on to add:
“We’ve been in each other’s lives for 25 years. He is one of my best friends. And I to him. I don’t know anyone more than I know a Jamal Bryant. No, we’re not together, but yes, we are still in each other’s lives.”
