Cardi B made headlines this week when she threw a mic at an audience member who threw a drink at her during a performance at Drais in Las Vegas.
Despite the move clearly being in retaliation, it’s been confirmed “a woman” has filed a police report against the ‘WAP’ rapper.

Per TMZ, the unnamed woman went to Las Vegas PD the next day to file a battery report.
Cardi is listed as the suspect.
Here’s where it gets even more complex.
It’s not yet known if the woman who beelined to the police is the same woman who tossed the drink on Cardi or a woman who was standing close by.
If the former, it would ring bizarre on multiple fronts – most especially as she is visibly seen screaming “sorry” after seemingly throwing the drink on Cardi unprovoked.
Another woman, whose video provided an alternate angle, is alleged to have claimed that she was “sore” after the mic hit the insticator that ricocheted onto her.
