It has, no doubt, been a difficult last few days for many who knew Amy Winehouse, most especially the entertainer’s parents. Mitch and Janis Winehouse visited the memorial site opposite her North London home, which fans have adorned with flowers, letters and other sentiments in honor of the late star.
Her father spoke to mourners during the visit, find out what he said below….
“I can’t tell you what this means to us,” he said. “It really is making this a lot easier for us. Amy was about one thing and that was love. Her whole life was devoted to her family and her friends and you guys as well.
Going onto reveal:
“We are devastated and I am speechless. Thank you for coming.”

i feel so sad for her parents because they tried to get her the help she needed, but the addiction was just too strong

I can’t help, but feel such deep sadness everytime I see Amy’s picture. This incident taking place is really so unfortunate. I hope God is with her family.
