As reported, the ‘I Luv This’ singer revealed that he had found a new kind of love with someone unexpected.
The vague remark left the door open to ample speculation, particularly in light of the performer’s spotlight on his close relationship with rising artist Zu.
After dropping a set of summertime snaps with the latter that further ignited chatter, Alsina stopped by the Counsel Culture show on Amazon’s Prime Video and addressed the matter.

Asked directly about “falling in love with a man,” Alsina told Nick Cannon and his co-hosts:
“To be honest, it’s not me that’s opening my heart…it’s the power that’s higher than myself. The greatest gift that God could have ever given me was exposure. To expose me to so many different types of people, places, things. So, when people want you to define yourself, as gay, straight, bisexual, love is so much more complex.”
