With the ‘Real Housewives of Potomac’ season 9 set to hit screens on October 6, the show’s anchor Karen Huger is strutting the promotional trail.

And Entertainment Tonight was her latest stop.

Naturally, having made headlines for her DUI arrest back in March, The Grande Dame is being quizzed in earnest about the matter alongside news of a shocking season 9 moment that producers have kept under wraps.

Speaking with host Brice Sander, Huger leaned on her inability to deeply dive into the arrest due to ongoing legalities.

She did, however, offer up:

“My past was not news. I was never hiding it, nor will I hide anything. I will own everything that is me. Good, bad, and indifferent. And I’ll still rise because life happens – and life be life-ing. And I live in gratitude.”

When quizzed about whether the situation has “changed” her “relationship with alcohol,” Huger replied:

“I caution you that I’ve not spoken, so don’t judge until I’ve spoken.”

Elsewhere, Huger also confirmed that a shocking situation went down between two housewives.
