It’s been nearly a year since Ari Lennox blessed her fans with ‘Get Close,’ but the wait for new music came to a close on Friday (October 18) when the soulstress dropped her first single of 2024 (as a song leader) – ‘Smoke.’
Delivered courtesy of Dreamville/Interscope Records, the retro Soul-inspired track boasts Bongo BytheWay production and is set to appear on the R&B diva’s third studio album due early 2025.
“Save all your thoughts for me / I want all the smoke / Save all your thoughts for me / Better not give that sh-t away,” she wails on the sizzling new song.
