Recent months saw Chris Brown‘s latest album ‘F.A.M.E‘ sky rocket to #1 despite the evident and obvious controversy that continues to surround him.
So it served to both shocked and excite fans when he confirmed the LP would soon be followed another album named ‘Fortune‘.
Now find out why the producer David Banner says the LP will change the current climate of music upon its release below…
Talking exclusively to NeonLimeLight, Banner explained:
When I tell you, you know how they don’t play that much R&B in the club no more? The song that me and Chris made, they are going to play like they used to play Jodeci. Like they used to play Keith Sweat.
Going onto state:
Chris is one of the few first artists that I think I probably learned more from him this time than he probably learned from me. Like, he really understands him, his career, where he wants to go, and how he wants his voice to sound. He’s grown up.
With his fans already proving that they will support anything he puts out, there is little doubt ‘Fortune’ will enjoy similar or more success than that of ‘F.A.M.E‘s.

I will be buying his album, everything he does is great. I am sure he will have some bangers on his album. I love FAME, I listen to it everyday in my car. Chris is only 22 and is one of the best performers in this generation. I went to his DC concert and it was mind blowing.The energy and the swag he brings to the stage. FAME should’ve went platinum in the US, but he didn’t have the support from the mainstream fans, but I am confident that it will sale one million at a slower rate. Chris is a platinum artist and a superstar and besides his downfall two years ago, his sales should be slaying, but I think fortune will go platinum quicker, because he picked up more fans and he has been on mainstream tv. So maybe the next time around he can promote his album like everyone else, on talk shows and on mainstream tv.
You know, it would be cool if he achieved that.I remember being surprised that Aaliyah’s ‘One In A Million’ smashed the club and became one of the year’s biggest club hits, because clubs don’t play that music now.If he can bring that vibe back, then it would be great 😉

Why don’t you go on itunes or whereever to check that Fan of A Fan was not a cd for sale. First of all it did not get promo from Jive. Deuces got promo from Teambreezy not a record label. NB also got promo from Teambreezy until Jive saw where Deuces went and put it on the radio and they were on the F.A.M.E CD, Those were singles not a Whole CD. Now the videos was made with Chris OWN money for his fans as well. You are not a fan and don’t know what the hell you are talking about

He told his fans that he wanted to release a duel CD entitled F.A.M.E. & FORTUNE but his record label advised him to release one CD at a time! Chris, unlike Rihanna, TOLD HIS FANS WHAT HE WAS DOING. Rihanna went from releasing a re-mix/ re-load of LOUD to now producing a brand new CD by years end. Of course this news comes on the heels of Beyonce’s pregnancy!
