Rapper Dank DeMoss appeared on The Breakfast Club to discuss the viral Lyft encounter that has now become a lawsuit.

In an interview with Charlamagne Tha God, DJ Envy, Jess Hilarious, and Loren LaRosa, the femcee (born Dajua Blanding) cleared up all the claims surrounding the discrimination she faced being denied service by Lyft driver because of her size. The rapper retold the story saying:
“As I’m walking to the car, he looking funny. Doors getting locked. I’m just like—hell, you ain’t gonna let me in your car? For real?”
The car was a Mercedes, the same car DeMoss’ best friend drives which she confirms she can comfortably fit into.
She sought to clarify suggestion that contacted the company Lyft and she got the driver fired. She said:
“I never contacted Lyft. I never reported him. I didn’t do none of that.”
The rapper is pursuing Lyft legally and filed a lawsuit against the company last month and claims that, due to the incident, she suffered stress, humiliation, embarrassment, outrage, mental anguish, mortification, emotional damages, economic damages, non-economic damages and other damages to be explored.
