Trey Songz is speaking out through his legal team following allegations of an assault involving a photographer.
Full story below…
As reported, the incident allegedly occurred outside The Ivy nightclub, where videographer Armaan Mansoor claims he was hired to film Songz’s performance.
Mansoor alleges that after being asked to capture one final shot of the artist near the venue’s logo, the situation escalated. He accuses Songz of punching him in the head, slamming him into a wall, and destroying two of his cameras.
While Trey Songz has not personally addressed the incident publicly, his attorney, Ted Anastasiou, has stated on his behalf.
He shared:
“The media is unfairly turning an unfinished story into clickbait to sell a new headline.
Trey disputes the characterization of events, is cooperating fully with authorities, and looks forward to the facts, not speculation, speaking for themselves.”
Anastasiou suggested that the altercation stemmed from aggressive paparazzi overstepping personal boundaries.
Trey reveals that he will be cooperating with authorities on this pressing issue.
