Kim Kardashian has landed in the political hot seat after sharing her thoughts on the Donald Trump administration’s mass deportations, and officials aren’t holding back.

Homeland Security Assistant Tricia McLaughlin blasted the reality star, saying:
“Ms. Kardashian is misinformed and detached from the very reality of the operations in Los Angeles she has decided to opine on.”
McLauglin insisted those being deported are:
“murderers, rapists, gang members and child predators.”
She also accused Kardashian of:
“doing the bidding of criminals at the expense of innocent Americans.”
The controversy sparked after Kardashian, speaking at an event in Venice, Italy, suggested that many deportees aren’t violent criminals but everyday people who’ve built lives in the U.S. While the SKIMS owner avoided taking an explicit stance, the White House doubled down. Deputy Press Secretary Abigail Jackson declared that Trump is simply keeping his promise to “Make America Safe Again.”
