The 14-track LP arrived on July 24 and sees the South African belle look to build on the buzz established with her self-titled offering (which dropped in 2024).
Amidst a busy week of promotional efforts, the 24-year-old sent fans into a frenzy with a video tease of a global trek in support of ‘A*POP’ – which is home to hits such as ‘Chanel’ and‘She Did It Again’ with Zara Larsson.
In the reveal visual, cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, Boston, Sacramento, London, Paris, Lagos, Amsterdam, Johannesburg, and Cape Town.

She’s such a non-event. Rihanna already had over 10 number 1s at this age.
Not a fan of her but I see something for her though. Instead of trying to be the poor man’s Beyonce or Rihanna, she should stay in this lane and try and take on the same path Kylie Minogue did. I can see her making cute dance pop music after this with songs similar to “Outta My Head” just like Kylie had. Tyla just needs to learn how to be more likeable.
