Big Tigger will not face criminal prosecution stemming from the domestic violence allegations that led to his arrest earlier this year.

According to TMZ, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has declined to prosecute Tigger on charges arising from the case.
As previously reported, the former ‘Rap City’ host was arrested on June 20 after Brown alleged that he slammed her head into a door during a May altercation, leaving her requiring stitches.
He was subsequently released on bond and firmly denied the allegations, maintaining that the truth would ultimately come to light.
Brown was also granted a temporary protective order that required Tigger to stay away from her and their children.
The broadcaster later stepped away from his V-103 morning show indefinitely to focus on his family and legal situation.
TMZ’s latest report does not specify why prosecutors declined to move forward with the criminal case.
