Despite being welcomed by so so reviews, Nicki Minaj‘s latest LP ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded‘ is well on its way to becoming the LP of the year.
Indeed, despite being released in the country yesterday, it has sold enough copies to secure it a #1 spot on this week’s UK Album Chart.

With 20,000 units sold thus far, the album is perched at #1, set to remain there by the time the final sales roll in this Sunday.
One spot below her is Labrinth‘s ‘Electronic Earth‘ which sits three spots above Madonna‘s ‘MDNA’ which dropped four places to #5, after spending last week at #1.

@LTM i agree pink friday was local in the US. it was her debut and urban music flops here in the UK. PF only peaked at #16. whereas this is proof she isnt local anymore, having a #1 album in the UK.
I’m not a fan but glad for her cause they have been tearing her and this new CD down in the American press! I find the fickleness of the FAKE American media to be hilarious.
