In a developing story, the 45th President of the United States has formally been indicted by a grand jury in NYC over his alleged involvement in the Stormy Daniels hush-money case.
As widely reported, Trump stands accused of making hush-money payments to porn star Daniels during his 2016 campaign.
The 76-year-old is set to turn himself in imminently.
Since January, the grand jury has listened intently to testimony from an array of witnesses – including Trump’s former attorney/fixer, Michael Cohen (who himself served time in prison in the case).
Trump has denied the allegations and has made a point of using the drama to drum up support from his loyalists.
