Kamala Harris was granted permission by Beyonce to use one of the singer’s most iconic songs on the campaign trail.

According to CNN, a source close to Harris that her team got approval from Beyoncé’s representatives to use the song throughout her presidential campaign.
It was a close finish though, as Beyonce – who is known for her strict clearances when it comes to her music, granted permission to Harris mere hours before Harris used it.
Beyonce has not publicly announced her support for Harris, but the fact that she granted her permission of the song seemingly shows her support.
Neither the Harris campaign nor a representative for Beyoncé responded to the story as of now.
