Following the recent death of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, social media has been flooded with mixed and controversial reactions.

In the wake of his passing, Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry proposed that the state become the first to display a statue honoring Kirk.

However, the idea didn’t sit well with Johnson, who voiced her opposition to the proposal.

The student-athlete made it clear that she doesn’t believe a statue of the political podcaster belongs on her campus.

She shared:

“For the sake of clarity, if you align yourself with or endorse his racist rhetoric and discriminatory views toward people of color, I respectfully ask that you utilize the unfollow option at the top right of my profile.”

Take a look:

Many right-wing politicians have called for statues of the pocaster to be displayed on multiple campuses. Suffice it to say, Flau’Jae’s stance echoes those of many with opposing takes.
