Per various sources, the boxing champion was one of several people affected in the vehicular accident today (December 29), which occurred in Makun, Ogun State.
Eyewitnesses report that the incident occurred along a busy highway of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
The road collision was fatal and saw two people lose their lives.
The accident occurred just weeks after Joshua triumphed in his Netflix-streamed boxing match with Jake Paul.
As of writing, the sportsman has made no official statement about the incident.
Yet, pictures (including those above) have made their way onto social media.
