The Real Housewives of Atlanta star today announced that ‘The New Normal’ – the sitcom pilot she shot with Glee creator Ryan Murphy – has been snapped up by NBC.

As previously reported, the show revolves around a blended family of a gay couple and their surrogate. Co-created by Ali Adler, the series will see Leakes play the heavily recurring role of Rocky.
