Having achieved ample success on the big screen, Halle Berry is tasting the rewards of the small screen too with new show ‘Extant’.
The ambitious series, which follows the life of an infertile astronaut who returns to earth pregnant after a year long stint in space, kicked off on CBS yesterday and commanded a large audience in the process.

According to Nielsen, the Steven Spielberg produced series averaged a 1.7 rating/6 share in adults 18-49 and 9.4 million viewers overall in the 9 o’clock hour.
